How a cake is made

Compose it

Choose size, sponge, filling and finish. Add a piped message, sugar roses, glitter or candles as the occasion asks.

We call you

Within one working day our decorator confirms colour, script and any detail worth getting exactly right.

Baked to the day

Made the morning of your date, then collected from the shop or delivered across the city.

Three decorators.
Eleven cakes a day.

We keep the bench deliberately small. Butter, cream and fruit are bought weekly, sponges are baked the morning they leave, and nothing is finished more than a day ahead.

If a piece isn’t in the collection, write to us — most of what we make began as somebody’s note.
